CHICKEN FEETS!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THEM TOO!
My dad always cook it when he cook soup or curry. I like the thai style cold chicken feet especially, it's really YUMMY!
But at times, when I stare at them, I stopped eating, you shld know why..but the taste and the kind of ru kou ji hua chicken feets are...really..really, nice. -

Bu Bu Fa Cai ( every steps with good fortunes )
I stew dry oysters, Gou Qi Zhi, shitake mushrroms , Fa Cai ( black moss ) , dates and chicken feet into this thick thick black deadly stew. I like to cook a lot at a go , like 1 kg of chcicken feet and have it over the next few days. The taste just gets better
Best chicken feet i had outside will be in BKK , along a strech of side stores in Huay Kwang. Just imagine local chicken rice boneless chicken feet >>> with a better sauce and taste. the texture of the chicken feet is nicer too. Much bigger in size and more crunchy to the bite. -
got one time i got my tongue scratched when i eat chicken feet coz the stupid chicken didn't trim its toe nails!!!
