i love kuai kar too fav is curry chicken sandwich KK style --> spread deboned curry chicken feet , curry potatoes , some curry chicken meat over a slice of bread , top it with another slice of bread .. and there u go . HEAVENLY curry bread.

I stew dry oysters, Gou Qi Zhi, shitake mushrroms , Fa Cai ( black moss ) , dates and chicken feet into this thick thick black deadly stew. I like to cook a lot at a go , like 1 kg of chcicken feet and have it over the next few days. The taste just gets better
Best chicken feet i had outside will be in BKK , along a strech of side stores in Huay Kwang. Just imagine local chicken rice boneless chicken feet >>> with a better sauce and taste. the texture of the chicken feet is nicer too. Much bigger in size and more crunchy to the bite.
