After reviewing 9 wonton mees in Singapore. I think I finally found the best one which is at 12 Rowell Road!! Lots of ingredients and the fried shui gao is to die for

As far as wontan mee is concerned, thick black sauce is a no no for me. Worse if it tastes like braised duck sauce. Also I prefer wet dumpling in the soup. You mean the old coffee shop before S11 took over? The beef noodle was also very good. There used to be a Wanton stall at the corner coffee shop of Armenian street. Quite my favourite. The owner chose to retire, unfortunately. He should have just franchise it to somebody interested. -
At Tembeling Road(Joo Chiat) also got 1 stall.... very shiok also, and last time Old Airport Road got 2 stall, when u order must take queue number like see doctor like that, also very nice

erm, how about henderson market food centre, the long long food centre building...
the wantan mee stall is located at the corner near the pau stall.
wantan mee is not bad, quite dry one...
ate there quite often last time, but havent been there for many years already. wonder if its still there?

then at henderson market food centre, got another stall at same food centre, selling yau kai meen, or rather chicken noodles. not bad also -
best wanton mee I have tasted is in Hong Kong, too bad can't get the same here. But there is this stall in Singapore that I consider is the best that I have tasted. Ke Kou stall at Crawford Hawker Centre (opp Immigration blg). It is only open for business in the evening. The price is a little steep $3.
It is hand made egg noodle - mee and wanton taste very fantastic!!! However, the portion is rather small! My neighbour who loves it said it tastes like wanton mee way back in the 60s. Yumi!

Just tried this Koka Wanton Mee at Crawford Food Centre. Very nice! When the plate came to me, I was immediately reminded of the $2 Wanton noodle I like to eat at the Ming Garden coffee shop at Serangoon Garden Way.
