Are you kidding? There are so many good food stalls there. I used to eat there almost everyday when I was working at Raffles place.Originally posted by chiabaliao:Got a famous lor mee there. Good food stalls, but very few outstanding ones, unlike Maxwell market. I used to work near there too, but dread the lunchtime crowd. But in the morning, I liked to go there for teochew muay, and other breakfast stuff.Originally posted by DummiesInc:Are you kidding? There are so many good food stalls there. I beg to differ. Have you tried Ho Kee Ba chang, or the Teochew Beef Kway Teow? Or perhaps the fish porridge stall on the 2nd floor (can't remember the name). Maxwell is equally good but in different aspects of food variety.Originally posted by chiabaliao:Good food stalls, but very few outstanding ones, unlike Maxwell market. Ok, good, but not really outstanding. Must stand out like Kah Soh fish soup at Amoy Street.Originally posted by DummiesInc:I beg to differ.
