  How? Any Difference with the now defunct Cafe Vienna? 2 friends ate there already and they say now is not as nice...

  I find Carousel quite nice. $42 maybe a bit steep for dinner that time but the quality of food is standard of a hotel lah. It does have nice decors and of cos its halal to cater to our muslim frens!
