for chinese, u can get the 2 ppl set meal at soup restaurant
for western, maybe hard rock cafe, if u want humongous serving
hog's breath is ok oso......dun order dessert if u dun want to burst ur budget.....

Let the staff know that ur are celebrating ur bf's bd right there (think must be on the very day) and by the end of the meal... the floor manager and a few of their staff will sing bd song and a give a complimentary something (think it's a small piece of cake) in front of all the customers.
Dunno abt other outlets but we had ours at Park Hotel Orchard one.
