I prepared these for my 1st year anniversary dinner with my dear
Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
Steamed Salmon with Lemon
coupled with white wine
Not too bad for my first time cooking for my special someone
but the dinner costs a bomb. Because salmon and the wine are expensive

no la, i m not looking for recommendations, i just want to know if other peeps cooked during special occasion and what they cook... -
If want cook cuisine must see if the recipient appreciate or not.
Last time I cooked shark fin....soak the fins for 4 days in white wine, take 2 hours to cook...but the soup itself was gone in 2mins.
at least savour the flavour ma

I sugguest you can start with:
Salad in italians style
creamy mushroom soup
cod fish with black pepper sauce or creamy sauce
(mashed potatos, or fries)
Tirimashu with chocolate topping
Just a white table wine will do..
