vegetable tempura is the new food item in sg?

like a pancake like that, got shredded carrot, cabbage, green peppers n onions etc in batter, then deep fried.
then also can have special, like add prawn or crabstick on the pancake n deep fry it.
saw it before in amk hub n people's park...
its a new food item in sg?
where else can find?

now available at some pasar malams but first time I ate it was a long time ago

just like tempura prawns. Vegetable is still ok only for me. Somehow it taste like biting the flour rather than the vegetables.
