Oh, this must be the best Sirloin I had for a while. The Hokubee is surprisingly tender and beefy. Now there is of course a catch. You only get it for $16 because of the one for one offer for HSBC cards. Its $32 normally.
The portion is at least 300g. Well worth it. Prob the best steak you can get for $16.
