  i like, ya, the HK style, not only about the beef. About the noodle, it must be those they thin noddles(like those in the pic), and must do the "guo lang hor"(cross cold river) process, means after they cook the noddle, soak it in cold water.

  There is one stall at Marina Square food court level 4...etc, selling this beef rice/noodle. Not bad, but few years I never go there, not sure the stall still exists....
