  u noe in chinese restoran, their prawns is like very succulent n big...meat very bouncy.. those used in horfun, yam basket or zhi char dishes...
  
  how they marinate it or make it like that?

  first time i ate it, i oso peeled the shell off, then i noticed my friends eating them whole n i thought, wtf i just gobbled it down whole with the shell from then onwards

  i peel the shell then drip the prawn in the pool of cereals!! n pop it into my mouth! yum yum! the shells are getting in the way.
