I puke after eating bak chor mee today

I have no idea whats wrong with me, maybe my aunt cooks for me too much home-cooked food.She adds very little seasoning and grills or steam or bakes only, stir-fry once in a while.
I mean it tastes nice, the extra vinegar, fried wanton and all that.
But my body seems to reject it, i just cannot take it..
i lau sai terribly after that as well.
I doubt its food poisoning. -
