  coz tung lok is a big group... many fine dining chinese n other restaurants under them

  Just NobleHouse.
  
  I am fair in my opinions. I don't put all of them in the same category just coz 1 of them screws it up.

  Roast chicken is more or less the same everywhere, so it's fair when people label Tung Luk's as ordinary. I have only tasted top class roasted chicken in two places: Wan Hao at Mariott and Dragon Phoenix at River Valley, which happens to be their signature dish.

  You should try the roasted duck at hua ting. Wah... that's the best roasted duck I had so far in Singapore.
