My family and I just had dinner 3 hrs ago at this same eatery, and we ordered the ketchup chili crab, 2 of them. When it arrived after quite some time we began to take our share, but to our amazement there were only 3 pincers. At first I didn't think much of it, until my father went to ask one of the lady waitress with a bad attitude (she keep giving those type of not happy look just because we asked for extra small plates for each of us).
Turns out that there was a "mistake" in the serving of the dish, and they wanted to immediately change the dish for us, but we declined because we didn't want to wait. Another waitress took over and offered to minus off the price of a plate of a kangkong, which was $7. Even so it still felt like we did not have 2 full crabs in the plate, because when choosing the crabs were definitely of big sizes, but on the plate they were smaller than average.
I guess it's possible that the crabs were switched or some parts of it taken away, I definitely won't go back again even just for the bad service alone.
