do u feel that some prata stalls served diluted curry?

  quite a number of prata stalls serve this watery diluted curry which taste like curry mixed with soup.... i think its dhal curry.
  
  it doesnt goes well with prata leh. n furthermore they give u a small saucer of curry... not enough for my prata leh. always eat prata then run out of curry halfway...
  
  prata should be eatened with good thick rich curry.
  
  well, if u order the mutton or chicken curry, it is good n thick. but then have to pay more siah, i think, coz it will come with meat.

  Curry powder mixed with soup is good leh.
  
  In an emergency, those fellas will mix curry powder with hot water!
  
  And also prata should be round.
  They should flip it thin, and then pinch the middle and swirl it into a round shape. Not fold it into a square!.
  
  Crispy on the outside, and cooked inside. Not brown outside, raw inside.

  anw back on topic...i always ask for extra curry...diluted...did not really notice...only notice they give a smaller serving of curry now...
