about those fine dining restaurant...

  western or french or whatever cuisine....those like candlelight one or very high class one...
  
  so far i only been to top of M at mandarin hotel n equinox at swissotel... then long time ago also been to maxim restaurant n cant remember the name restaurant at shangrila
  so where else got such high class ang moh food restaurants? super duper high class one... not like the average jack's place.
  
  is there any rules to be followed? eg. dress code? cannot wear jeans or slippers for guys?
  
  then when eat there, they will display a lot of utensils on table? like soup spoon, desert spoon, big fork small fork, fish knife butter knife steak knife etc....
  
  if use salah then will be paiseh? lol
  
  then when u eat the food hor, cannot ask for ketchup or chili right? if ask liao the chef will feel insulted coz its the wrong way of eating n spoil the natural taste of the dish?

  Jade is under Tung Lok and Sam is at Jade.

  I know Jade is under Tung Lok
  But executive chefs usually don't cook. They only do the planning and creation of new dishes.
