Ingredients
1 pkt "Chinatown" brand Tang Yuan....
(Available in Peanut w White Sesame & Black Sesame)
3 Cups of Water
Pot
Pandan Leaves(washed)
Rock Sugar
Extracter/Drainers
Instruction
- Boil the water & when the water boils, put in pandan leaves & rock sugar
- Taste the soup whether is it sweet enough, if not, add more rock sugar
- Once the rock sugar is fully melted, drain the soup in another bowl... as there is lots of remaining leaves at the soup
- Wash the pot and pour in the soup & boil it again....
- once boil, put in the "tang yuan"... do not defrost the tang yuan....
- once the "tang yuan" floated, prepare to serve....
