I rather have regular fish n chips where they use Sutchi Fish Fillet.
Cod, I believe, is best enjoyed pan fried (with no extra oil added as it will ooze out plenty of oil) or steamed, any style.

ermm actually are u ppl talking abt cod fish or snow fish. because the so call sno fish in chinese is not the real cod fish ... snow fish is this zarath something toothfish. and yes cod fish is getting lesser in the world. to actually eat real cod fish there is one one way possible . try buying the Fish Eye brand cod fish fingers the one with this sea man picture on it.
