Recently, my colleagues and my mum have been victims of gastric pains. However I found that the symptoms of the pains defer from one another and the doctors recommend different types of food to different gastric patients.
One of my colleague for example was advised not to drink milk or green tea, but she needs milo & crackers to absorb the acid in her stomach. My mum on the other hand canÂ’t take to bread and glutinous rice. My mum is still trying to discover what other foods she should avoid.

usually something to counteract the acid.
maybe your mom cant stand the gluten, hence some bakeries have gluten free bread and cakes.
