suprising these instant prata when cooked le hor, will become very crispy n fragrant. taste nicer than some prata sold in indian stalls. coz some of these indian stall prata is rubbery n floury taste.
i think becoz the instant prata is made from puff pastry flour? thats y cooked le will become quite crispy n fluffy, not rubbery.
anyway eat with sugar is best. curry not easy available unless canned curry. some people eat these instant prata also with condense milk, jam, ice cream etc... u can spread kaya or jam on prata n roll it up n eat. nice
