  buy from supermarket then not sure how to cook...
  
  its salmon head...
  
  so how? steam it with butter, salt n herbs? or bake it with butter, salt n herbs?
  
  or cook curry fish head (but troublesome leh)

  recommend that you deep with flour and fried it...
  
  b'cos salmon is oily type of fish... you can't cook it with steam or with curry or anything tat is oily...
  
  it will taste awful... But maybe you deep fried it... will taste better...

  maybe u want to try a stew ?
  if rmb jap they normally cook such fish in a stew, with miso or sake. to mask the fishy smell. u can find some recepies online.
  
  but u should get a kelp it is one big piece of seaweed soke in water, then throw in to a pot of water, add some vegs and chicken , just turn it into a hotpot or sth like that.
  
  if not u can chop it up into smaller pieces, powder it and deep fry.

  Fish heads have excellent flesh.....unfortunately the amound of flesh on the stupid thing can only be found around the cheek area
