my mum always buys this freshwater fish from the supermarket. coz she likes to eat n its quite cheap i guess...

so sian, at home always eat this fish. usually whole thing dipped n flour n deep fried, or wrapped in aluminium foil n flavor with salt alone or with onion/garlic/chili/ginger/tomyam paste etc then grilled in oven.
do u guys like to eat this fish? how is it cooked?
some people don like to eat this fish coz they complain got a muddy smell...lol.. u think so?
