Pizza Hut's pathetic service

  - Ordered pizzas last Monday with Pizza Hut and the delivery was delayed. I did not accept the delivery.
  - Thursday someone called from Pizza Hut and apologised and agreed to compensate by giving me the order free on Friday.
  - As expected no one called from Pizza Hut neither they delivered the order on Friday. But as usual someone called up again to apologise.
  - Horrible and disgusting service .... . Have anyone had similar experiences with Pizza Hut or was it only me ....

  I swore off Pizza Hut years ago. Half the time, their pizzas arrived at my doorstep overcooked and/or stiff. Overpriced too. I swear by Rite Pizza now. 2 for 1, nyummy, healthier and fast.

  Obviously, they are providing bad service and indirectly they are giving themselves bad publicity. Irresponsible!
  
  Go for Canadian pizza for home delivery lor! So far they are good and delivery is always on time. Moreover, Canadian Pizza taste better than Pizza Hut's pizza.

  I think the outlet near you may be very busy. I live somewhere relatively "ulu" and Pizza Hut service is great

  Canadian Pizza.
  
  So far, their service has been pretty reliable every time I order from them.
  
  And when they're busy and your order may come late, they will inform you beforehand that you may have to wait for a while. To me that's better than keeping customers in the dark about late deliveries.

  pizza hut always say delivery time is approx 1 hours but they always deliver at least 1 hour late(means 2 hours lah)...
  
  mac always say deliver time is approx 1 - 1.5 hours but they always make it in 0.5 hours.

  i never had a problem with their delivery... only dine in. anyway u can call their hotline and make a complain... then some ang mo guy will call u back.
  
  waste of time really... not like he gave me any complimentry vouchers or anything.
  
  btw... in case you're wondering, i complain about the centrepoint outlet. the bloody supervisor give me her ah lian attitude.
