Anyway its just a list I created for those who want to be pro buffet eater that eat your money worth...
Else if you just want to enjoy den don't follow...
1) Profitability Analysis - Finding the best deal to eat buffet is the mos timportant as it determine how much you can earn back. Go for restrant that offers things like oyester, sharkfins and sashimi... and yet below $30 best deal! The food should also accustomised by your taste.
2) Preparation - Fasting before a meal or two beforehand helps you to eat better.
3) 10mins rule - Averagely it takes about 10 mins before your stomache feels the food you ate. Eating as many during that 10 minds helps you to eat more. Eating sufficiently during they 10 mins will make you under perform after your stomache tells your it is full.
4) Go in waves - No body go to buffet like macdonalds. Plan your meal well. Expect to eat like 1-3 hours with interval of 20-30 mins between each wave will help you to eat more.
5) Classification of food - Food will be classified into 3 types. Fillers, Stars and Side dishes. And also remember the power of focus. Eating the more on expensive things helps. If you're not good at the pricing strategy, do a little homework, take a walk down the supermarket will gives you an ideal which is higher valued.
6) Avoid Fillers - These are food which are usually high carbo. Things like noodle, rice, fries and wheat.
7) Avoid Side dishes and hi carbo deserts - These are a big no no. They are like cakes and lotsa cream stuff. If you really like to eat these please go to a bakery. Not in a buffet.

Avoid gasey drinks and beers - They makes you full very fast. + also they are high caleries although calories is the least you have to worry at the buffet table. Avoid beer and gasy drinks. Try something like hot tea or lemon tea. Avoid dairy drinks too like milk coffee and tea.
9) Water consumption - Minimal water consumption will help you to perform better on the buffet table. Avoid over drinking or no drink at all, it will diminish your performance during buffet. Minimal water intake helps your food to go down into your stomache better too.
10) Aim for the stars - Go for Oyesters, Crab, shark fins, etc etc... Sashimi are star items, not sushi. Although you can pick the meat and hide the rice in some oyester shell. Go for the good stuff only. Then practice the art of camoflage after some left over.
