Which restaurant in singapore would you prefer to have a nice dinner at? Somewhere which makes you feel very comfortable yet the prices there are still not overly-expensive, anyone knows of any? Thanks for the help!

Theres a western restaurant at Sembangwang Hills Drive... Forgot the name already... Madame something one... quite nice and cheap... friendly ladyboss too.
