  Some buffets serve it. Ellenborough Cafe used to serve it last time but I'm not so sure about now.

  Value: around 10 bucks. ITS WORTH IT!

  superb desert uses chilled fresh durian paste n fried it dough!
  and lit fire on it when serving it to u! OSHH
  taste crispy on the outside ice cold in side. SUPERB!

  There is a stall selling fried ice cream along Upper Bukit Timah Road, opposite Beauty World Centre. Its one of the stalls there.
