maybe it's just my personal preference, but I prefer "rock lobster", "pacific lobster", or "crayfish", whatever you'd like to call it, the ones without pincers lah .... -

Actually the true lobster is the one with the claw. All the rest are crayfish even though they are called lobsters. The meat of the lobster is much sweeter then the crayfish. Lobster is easier to eat than crab. Not much peeling and the shell does not crumble into small pieces when you crack it. The best thing is to pick up the shell and suck on the shell.

I had nothing to do with it. Fatty Cheong did it himself, which is why it is wrongly displayed as www.ieat........ He even printed his namecard with the website address.
