i like coffee club slipper lobster linguini at taka branch

if u are looking at best pasta, can try prego at Swissotel The Stamford -
lobster liguini at coffee club my fav. too!!
reasonable pricing and gd environment also. A place to rest after whole dae of shopping at orchard. -

Try Pasta with Mixed sauce. Tomatoe, cream & olive oil all in one. Its nice.

There isn't a best in my opinion but the below places are not bad.
Pasta Brava
Al Forno Trattoria
Garibaldi
Most of the Italian places do at least decent ones if your budget allows.
Sketches is not bad, but I feel that the standards are inconsistent. -

You want super budget one go bugis street.
They got one western food shop. Got around 12~15 types of pasta like you choose.
$4.50 only. Quite nice also. -

for pizza, it's pontini @ grand copthorne waterfront
and spizza -
Prego at Raffles City is ok, the portions are quite big. I like the smell of their freshly baked bread that comes with the pasta. They have discount if you use Citibank Visa.
Normally if I want pasta, I make my own, taste a whole lot better. -

there's one pasta stall at centure square foodcourt that sells decent pasta. quite a deal considering its food court standard. -

It really depends on what sort of pasta you want.
Actually, I find PastaFresca one of the better ones which offer a decent variety for a reasonable price (nothing should cost you more than $20) and it has its fair share of more exquisite pasta which you probably won't be able to find elsewhere at those prices. That said, it might not offer you much value for money if you're just there to try the standard fare (ie.bolognaise, carbonara, alfredo and the likes). -
