Chinese parsley is name coriander & for those garnish which ppl normally won't eat is name English parsley. For garlic bread use italian parsley, go marketplace or maybe cold storage might have italian parsley.Originally posted by jlzk:okies thanks but there are 2 types of parsley right? One is use for garnish that cannot be eaten if i not wrong one is use in Chinese cursine that can be eaten if i not wrong so is which kind?
