Suggestions for intinery from 4pm-7pm @ Serangoon Gardens

Hello people, need some suggestions on where to eat out for dinner. But unfortunately got some constraints.
- Back home by 7.45pm latest
- Food not too expensive (she's quite thrifty)
4pm - Start

7pm - Must be waiting at the bus stop for bus.
So any suggestions how these 3 hours should be spent?

hotel 81. 3 hours more den nuff to hab maggie mee, piak den shower.

go coffee bean eat cake, drink kopi

Go NTUC upstairs and play pool.

Go jalan jalan at Serangoon Gardens. Walk the whole of Serangoon Gardens will roughly take up this amount of time.

On a date?
Spend a little more and go country manna. Very nice and cosy ambience.
If really don't want to spend, then any coffeeshop will do. Or if not, sit down at coffeebean for coffee.
Then walk NTUC to see groceries Can't do much lah. Serangoon Gdns is a place to 'relak one corner'. -
Go to sushi tei and order 1kg of their sea urchin dish.
