Try Huang Ya xi, along Rangoon Road. This is the one Ronald Tsang went to.

I personally find the one at sin ming rather lacklustre. The pork ribs are too dry and the soup is not rich enough. And they have this stupid policy of trying to sell you the you tiao together with the soup.
