What i know is, it's many more than just dried oyster and mushroom"dong gu".
She add in also other things like "hoi sum", "yu shun", "Gon Yiu Chu" etc.
For the sauce part, i really don't know, but i am sure she need to cook it for hours to get that. And things have to be "pre-soaked" in water before cooking.
