Where can I get nice 'Xiao Tang Bao'?

Anyone knows where can i get delicious Xiao Tang Bao of Shanghainese cuisine? The only place I know is one of the eateries at Chinatown's Food Street.

there is this restaurant..near geylang..somewhere near katong shopping cenre..*not really sure of the placE*...tong fang hong ah...quite nice loh the food... -

Yan palace at Hong Lim Complex. Serve good authentic dimsum including the xiao long bao (Bao with the soup inside).

There is also another one at Tg Pagar (few doors away from Rama Thai) called Sin Tau Yuen
