this one v long but u can go do other stuff while u let it cook
get 1 packet of frozen chicken... let it defrozeeeeeeee (i just dump the whole thing in frozen)
heat wok, a tiny bit of oil, den loads of ginger (i love my ginger)
wait for the smell to come out
throw the whole packet in
throw in ur sauce (oyster sauce + dark soya + loads of sugar...)
add a bit of water if u like
wait for 1 hour slow fire.... den add some starch in
tada

mid joint tastes nicer

slice ur pork/beef into thin pieces
throw butter into heated wok
throw meat in...... put properly... make sure the whole slice is in contact with the wok..
every few sec flip side
when cooked, put on plate... i add some black pepper at the back cos i like
not bad

or my favourite one
throw all ur favourite veggies + some meat into a boiling pot of water
wait for all veggies to become soft
serve
