I remember going to this non-glam Jap restaurant at Outram - located on the 2nd floor of a HDB block which had mainly shops which were suppliers and traders. The block is kinda just behind the Outram MRT. Has anyone been there recently? Is it still open? Does anyone kno the name of the restaurant/tel no?
unfortunately, those blocks at outram have just been demolished recently. the flats there were vacated last year.
