this method is by "rubbing" the dough on the non stick pan / wok
that time i saw on tv .. the popiah skin is made by rubbing the dough on a big "metal" surface (same like the ones in prata stalls
) in a circular motion using the hand, and the "just made" skin is quickly taken off -
