century egg sandwich! - my supper

  i first toasted 2 bread, then put butter on both of them.
  
  then crack open a century egg n mashed it on the bread, then add slice of cheese, then wash n remove the seeds of a green chili (so it wont be spicy) n cut it up... then top with BBQ sauce.
  
  tadah! my signature century egg sandwich....
  
  anyway if such sandwich was on sale at delifrance or subway or hong kong cafe, would u buy it?

  I wonder if anyone has experienced it before that if you eat an orange almost immediately after eating a century egg , the orange will become very bitter due to the chemicals from the century egg .

  three eggs mashed with pasta sauce and garlic powder
  seaweed

  turned out surprisingly good tho.

  Not really in it lar , but rather century egg is immersed in horse urine for dunno how long to make it absorb the chemicals in the urine to make the inside change lor . But heck care ley i still love it . Actually there are many things that are manufactured in the most disgusting way , is just that we never know nia .
