  Yes, you are correct. It was the at old Bus Interchange. Now it is known as Kovan Centre.
  
  Now the queue not that bad. Maybe 5 - 10 persons queueing.
  
  The stall owner changed. Previously it was operated by an old couple. then changed hands.
  
  The standard once dropped after the new owner taken over. Now the standard is back again.
