i just came back on saturday....was there 4 days 3 nite.
u r rite! the buffet is quite nice but is quite ex to me ( RM$38 ).
i usually hv my meal at one of the Hong Kong style cafe located at 3rd floor of First World Plaze ( name as Tong luo wang ) if im nt wrong.
they serve nice chinese's food which ard cost ard RM10+ to 20+.

i ate at marybrown at the themepark shopping ctr n then i went on the rides n later on i almost puke...big mistake... shouldn't have eaten so full b4 sitting on the rides.... damn!

Genting Hotel basement got one food court (looks very old kopitiam style) that sells nice mee and chee cheong fun (only try these 2 before) RM6 per plate if i didn't remember wrongly.. and my ex colleagues say the kopi is very nice

Got a shop that sells nice choccie cakes! So yummy! On the way back to SG enjoying it in the seat behind the driver...

There is a cafe selling VERY delicious Curry Chicken Pizza (n cheap like hell)
it also sells the Best You Tiao i have eaten.
Dunno still have ....? -
the buffet at genting hotel not bad, but i juz love the kfc in genting, the chicken is very different from Singapore.haha

We did order thai sauce chicken & hor fun
Chicken is chrispy & nice & both cost only M$21 -

I was there around July too, to be exact it was 6 - 8th july. Friday - Sunday.
At first world plaza there, got one shop selling good food too~ dun really know that name but its a small shop with traditional sitting tables. -
