i heard kfc dont do delivery for cheese fries?

  is it true?
  
  is it because of quality problem whereby when the cheese fries arrive it'd be soggy?
  
  then i wonder why can't they just seperate the cheese + mayo n fries? u know, like put the cheese n mayo in a small container like the container which holds whipped potato/coleslaw.
