Crystal Jade is my one n only fav place 2 dine
The porridge there is the only porridge i eat, i hate porridge except for C.J 
actually i like everything there.
but my fav are:
Deep fried Prawn coated with Salted egg yolk
porridge (plain/scallop/beef)
Claypot Yam Chicken
Dim Sum (all)
Xiao Long Bao

They have many concepts, but in Taka you can find them all at different levels.
I really would like to try Crystal Jade Palace soon My fav is still the original concept outlets which serve the main menu and dimsum

actually i usually patron the takashimaya 5th floor 1.
always muz book in advance de.
if u going, i recommend u go there to try. there de ambience very chinese and makes me at ease. -
