  how do you eat it?
  
  i personally like to eat it by
  
  chopping it and mixing into hot piping soup
  
  chopping it and mix with cabbage shreds, carrots, pear, a pinch of sugar, salt, lemon juice, vinegar
  
  chopping it and mix with dark soy sauce, for dipping with raw pineapples

  if scared too hot, remove the seeds lor.. not hot liaoz...
  
  but i prefer to eat with fried tang hoon (dong fen) with no soya sauce...
  some times i eat it just lydat... no need mix...
  the hotter, the better for me...

  goes well with almost any local food.

  i love to add inside soup based noodle, like fishball noodle, prawn noodle etc.. but i dun eat the chilli.. unless is those bigger chilli, those small one are too spicy..

  i like it with soupy foods like fried fish beehoon soup or ban mian. but i put a few slices to make the soup spicy ang at most, eat 1 or 2 small pc of it...too spicy on its own.
