  mine the healthiest my mum cooks ikan bilis soup, add chicken stock, veg, egg, prawns then the maggie noodle it defeats the purpose of seasoning though

  or tuna sandwich
  
  but sometimes might go for campbell's soup
  
  or even french toast if i am really picky...
  
  if my home rly gt nth to cook den bo bian cycle to nearby 7-11.
  
  worst case is go there den cannot find things i want to eat. den hungry + pissed
