  another one is tea house at china square... by tunglok one.....
  cheap and somewhat quite good lah
  bery popular among the working ppl there
  
  mirarmar hotel tt one oso cheap
  orient ocean or something...
  oso not fantastic lah....
  
  there is a cheap one at excelsior hotel
  i think is river city or wat ah
  oso quite average lah

  the dim sum buffet at Teahouse China Square is very cheap and good... but I remembered must have minimum of 4 persons... please check before u go.

  i've tried the ones at miramar, not bad, the fried chicken wings damn shiok lar, come out then ppl snatch for it already.

  there's many threads on dim sum buffet already..
  
  if u want buffet, go to China Square Teahouse.. under tung lok wan.. duno whether price got increase la.. last time was $15 weekdays and $16.80 weekends.
  
  if u dun mind ala carte, go to
  
  1) Zi Yen at Lengkok bahru.. v cheap and good la.. ingredients v fresh. must try their ramien. 3 persons eat only $30 like that..
  
  2) Bao Jin Tian. Their variety not a lot.. but got standard. go to the one at UOB Centre, got 30% off after 3pm. That time me and family went, 4 pax only $29 after discount. Bro even ordered pork chop rice.
  
  I know ple will recommend Red Star and the one at Sunshine Plaza also.. i heard Red Star standard dropped.. but personally, i have never been to both..
