This is clearly an issue of being understaffed. Even on the rainy day, it doesn't take 3 hours to go from one end of singapore to the next. So obviously, the problem is that they do not have enough man power and thus people are put into long queues.
We're not pressuring the delivery guy to ride faster, but instead, to have more delivery guys available. KFC should have better load management.
Again, another example of talking through your ass. Same to gUms. -

Whether it's rain or shine, their minimum waiting time they gave me is always 1 an a half hours. It's too long imo, their service ain't that great. To think they spend so much on promoting their commercials on air/newspaper, & so little to try improve their customer services.

Do you really think that just adding a bunch of delivery guys will put them into negative profit? It will lower their profit margin at best. What this means is that we consumers get more value for money.

they have are paid by hours and that alone are higher then crew...
plus, the have extra cash for sending each order which can be as high as $1.5 per order... and just imagine they send 2 orders and the other order is just a few blocks away... -

riders are suppose to sent ALL order given by the runner (the one who pack the orders).
they must send regardless number of order, distance, price (anyway price dun affect them)...
they very simple de...
take bag, pay money to cashier, ride to cust house, collect money and give food, ride back take next order...
if there is a lot of orders, each rider may take 2 order per trip... but this is discourage from the management team as if send 2 order per trip, the second order food might not be as good...
so normally is possible we will send 1 by 1... -
