  coz i heard duck is not suitable for steaming coz it contains a lot of fats...

  bai zhan ya is a very common dish they eat on Hainan island
  They eat it with this special chilli sauce and it's actually very nice

  maybe duck meat is not flavorful enough if steamed white...
