Satay Celup and Vietnamese food

Hi,
I'm hoping to find good places that sell the following:
1) Satay Celup: search the forums and you'll find a 2003 thread that has pictures of it... a food that's almost (but hopefully not) exclusively found in Melaka~!
2) Vietnamese food: I havent been able to find any place that sells good vietnamese food yet... any recommendations?

the beef noodles (so so)
and a fried thingy of chicken,yam in springroll.
I like viet sugarcane prawns

Heehee... I just had superb sugar cane prawns at Nam Phan Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City last week. :p
OK, seriously, I'm not sure if you can find this dish in Singapore, but I personally like the food at Viet Inn. I've also been to Pho 99 but the food there isn't anything to write home about. However it's near my workplace so I don't mind patronising when I feel like having some Viet fix... and practising my tieng Viet! -
