no more shihlin in century square liaoOriginally posted by nonac:Hey, i have stayed in taiwan for more than a year during a company training stinct and am a great fan of taiwan snacks (xiao chi). Am writing this to recommend and also hope to discover good places to get them in singapore.
Some recommendations
(1) Shihlin (found in couple of shopping malls like junction 8, suntec, century square etc) for their osyter mee suan
(2) Xiao Bei (found in century square tampines basement) for their chicken nuggets and wings
(3) Ximen (found in tampines mall basement) for their fried sotong
Anybody has any recommendations or comments?

Hi I went to Xiao Bei Century Square to try their mushroom, taste not bad. I prefered their chicken wings. Taste differently from conventional chicken wings.
shilin sux.
not even close to the authentic '豪大鸡扒' of shilin nite market or the 'ah zhong mee sua' of ximen ding.
