Heard there's a new cream puff store from Japan, at Plaza Singapura. Anyone tried it yet?
Would like to see how they fare against Bearded Papa.

Hi all,
Visited the store last weekend. Its located at Basement 2 of Plaza Singapura. Not too crowded because (I was told) that the MRT underground link has not opened yet.
About the cream puff - the puff is crispier and the custard cream is lighter too. I like it better than Beard Papa. When I asked the staff what else is different, I was told that they use fresh milk. Can anyone taste the difference in custard made from fresh milk?
Each puff costs $2. Same as Beard Papa. But they still have a buy-5-get-1-free promotion though.

hey, it also has an outlet at takashimaya, it tastes great, have vanilla and choco flavour i think, but $2 for a palm size puff, do you think it's worth it? maybe once in a while bah............
