Its gonna be my birthday tommorow, and i would like to bring a couple of friends tomorrow for dinner or maybe lunch.
Can anyone suggest me a fairly decent place for dining in orchard area? Buffet or anything also can. But preferably japanese or western food.

for decent jipoonese food at affordable price, me like to go Ichiban Boshi at centrepoint.....
there is a neat place at far east plaza... called Wasabi Tei...
the place bery small, all counter seats.....but very good jipoonese food....
may have to Q...
i think Breeks at NAC level 5 has pretty good environment
nice and cosy for gathering with friends
food wise the usual western fare lah
Billy Bombers at heeren oso good...
but then a bit infested with teenagers..... can get quite noisy......
within ur budget one oso can go Fish & Co.
