  cos they aren't fresh.

  but the ramly is the so-called "freshest" there, cos they cook it on the spot.

  but who knows the meat and ingredients dunno keep how long liao.

  .....funny thing is when I went to JB, I'll buy the ramly burger, it looked nicer there

  been wanting to ask, pasar malam's ramlys are cooked by singaporean or the malaysian themselves come down to fry it?

  like penang char kway teow. singaporean cooks most of them just cannot get the taste right. u need a malaysian cook to cook real solid char kway teow

  .....I guessed so, the roti john at the pasar malam tastes aweful too, but in JB, simply delicious..crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. For singapore one, oily on the outside, blunt on the inside
